I am committed to protecting your privacy and keeping the information that you provide to me confidential. I will not use your information for any other purpose than our therapeutic work together, which includes my supervision, and subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018.

I have registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZC122919) and manage your information according to the UK-GDPR and the DPA 2018. I use a recognised online practice-management system designed for therapists, which is a UK-GDPR compliant, fully encrypted and password protected system.

Any brief session notes that I make for my supervision and reflection, are pseudonymised by means of number-coded identifiers, meaning the personal data cannot be linked to you without using additional information kept separately and securely.

Our contract will include reference to Data Privacy.
